Naples Park

Welcome to Naples Park

Elegantly designed community a short bike ride from the beach

Naples Park is situated on the northern edge of North Naples, right next to Vanderbilt Beach. This idyllic suburban community has a modern and sophisticated grid layout. Naples Park provides its residents with a pretty and thoughtfully designed residential community close to everything but feels like its own slice of paradise. The neighborhood features single-family homes, and most are large, villa-style homes with nice yards, perfect for South Florida community living.

Its friendly and residential nature makes Naples Park an excellent place for families or retirees, but it’s also a perfect choice for young professionals. The neighborhood itself is almost entirely residential; however, it’s close to plenty of great restaurants and cafes, especially on the waterfront at nearby Vanderbilt Beach. Some favorites include the Turtle Club, Gumbo Limbo at the Ritz Carlton, and the Bay House, just north of the neighborhood on the river. In addition to hanging out at Vanderbilt Beach and other pristine beaches nearby, locals hit the links at Stonebridge Country Club and Collier’s Reserve Country Club, both just a short drive away. Naples Park is also next to the Mercato, home to some of Naples’s best shopping and entertainment.

The lifestyle in Naples Park is one of laid-back, friendly, idyllic suburbia. Trees shade the perfectly designed streets, and the neighborhood offers peace and quiet for its residents. However, it’s close to lots of entertainment, dining, and shopping venues. Locals love to go shopping, head to the beach, or go golfing, and all are within a short drive, yet residents have a tranquil, community-oriented refuge at home.

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

There are a handful of restaurants and cafes on the community's eastern edge, just off Tamiami Trail. Locals enjoy going to the beachfront, where they dine on fresh seafood while overlooking the water. The Turtle Club has built a reputation for fine dining and some of the best seafood in Naples, like their grilled swordfish with Thai spices and orange fennel slaw.

Gumbo Limbo at the Ritz Carlton has a casual vibe and overlooks the beach and a rotating menu with fun cocktails. North of the neighborhood, along the Cocohatchee River, is The Bay House, where they pride themselves on their Florida hospitality. They serve classic seafood dishes with lovely views overlooking the river and the Cocohatchee Wildlife Preserve.

Locals also enjoy Mercato, an upscale shopping district with notable restaurants. They also host fun events such as a Cinco de Mayo Celebration, concerts, live art performances, and more.

Things to Do

Residents of Naples Park ride their bikes to Vanderbilt Beach, where they enjoy the gorgeous white sands. Stonebridge Country Club is just east of the community, and Collier’s Reserve Country Club has an Arthur Hills designed course that is one of the best in the state, in addition to the natural beauty that earned it the title of the first Audubon Signature Sanctuary.

Some of the best parks in Naples Park are Pelican Bay Community Park on Vanderbilt Drive on the way to the beach at the southern edge of the neighborhood, the Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park with a pristine nature trail, and Clam Pass Park with a well-preserved beach area.
